VyStar Events

VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena events are one of our most consistent fundraising opportunities.

Volunteers work concession locations and help generate funds that support our athletes. Earnings are based on a combined payout model and vary by event.

Key Details

• Sign-ups through SignUpGenius only

• 7-day lock date before each event (effective 1/1/2026)

• $75 no-show fee if you do not show up

• Finding a replacement voids the fee

• Waitlist after the lock date does not obligate participation

Jacksonville Jaguars Games

Jaguars games are large-scale fundraising events with higher volunteer needs and higher earning potential.

These events require strong commitment due to strict venue requirements.

• Larger volunteer crews per game

• Strict attendance and arrival times

• No-shows or shortages may result in fines

• Sign-ups through SignUpGenius only
